Oklahoma has won the Big 12 conference tournament 3 times followed by Oklahoma State with 2 titles and Iowa State with 1 title. The 2008 Big 12 basketball tourney, otherwise known as the 2008 Phillips 66 Big 12 Men's Basketball Championship, will be played at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri from March 13 through March 16. Kansas is the defending Big 12 tournament champion as they beat Texas in overtime to win the 2007 Big 12 tourney.
