Big Ten Basketball Tourney: Conference Tournament 1998 thru 2008
The men's Big Ten basketball tourney has been played since 1998. Here's a breakdown of Big Ten tournament championships by conference member:
Michigan State, Illinois, Ohio State, and Iowa have each won the Big Ten basketball tournament 2 times each. Michigan and Wisconsin have each won the Big Ten conference tournament one time each. The 2008 Big Ten basketball tourney will be played at Canseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana from March 13 through March 16. Ohio State is the defending Big Ten tournament champion as they beat Wisconsin in the final game of the 2007 Big Ten tourney which took place at the United Center in Chicago.
